Objective: To evaluate the impact of covid vaccination on the prevention of long COVID using UK primary care data.

Instructions

KK: Under Iterative Versions, there is a single R file (longCOVID-CD-11MAY2022.R) that contains the CohortDiagnostics run. The current code runs using a public WebAPI and is dependent on OHDSI libraries CohortDiagnostics (using Release v2.2.4) and DatabaseConnector (using Release v5.0.2).

Following this input, ER/MC created the full study package that led to the Nature Communications work.
