Upgraded Astro from 4.16.18 to 5.6.2, Starlight from 0.26.3 to 0.33.2, as well as other plugins

  • Updated the social icon configuration to meet latest specifications.
  • Hero component removed since it did not seen to deviate from the built-in component.
  • Footer component revised to use the built-in component rather than duplicate it.
  • Replaced use of the deprecated Astro Props type

@micheleriva I am interested in helping get this updated, but I am rethinking this PR because I see a lot of unnecessary Starlight overrides that are interfering with updates. I think it might make more sense to break down the PR into a few smaller PRs. Working on it.
