Due to these changes, mariadb-java-client now requires reflective access to all of the methods on Configuration$Builder in addition to its fields.

What does this PR do?

Provides metadata for mariadb-java-client 3.5.2

Code sections where the PR accesses files, network, docker or some external service

The tests use Docker, as those for 3.0.6 already do.

Hey @wilkinsona, can you please resolve conflicts so we can proceed with merge?

Due to the changes in [1], mariadb-java-client now requires
reflective access to all of the methods on Configuration$Builder
in addition to its fields.
