Hi @SNiemann15 - This PR adds the release notes for HCP for 4.19. I believe the bug fix content for OCPBUGS-52323, OCPBUGS-46037, OCPBUGS-54178, and OCPBUGS-54819 is related to IBM platforms. Can you suggest QE reviewers for that text? |
