@sandeepknd this PR is a cherrypick of a small language change in etcd docs. However, to make the cherrypick work in versions older than 4.17, I needed to pull in a couple of small changes from #81737, which you reviewed last year.

Can you please take a look and let me know if the changes in the file modules/recommended-etcd-practices.adoc are okay to apply to versions 4.12-4.16?
