This current draft doesn't do the work of adding the cards quite yet. For your review, I put comments where I plan on placing cards, as well as what additional tweaks I plan to make so I can get them started when I return from vacation. Still to do:

Description
This PR acts as a proposal for updating the Data Prepper IA to achieve the same standard as Benchmark and VectorSearch. To do so, it takes the following actions:
It would be good to have an intro video on the main page, similar to VectorSearch.

Version
List the OpenSearch version to which this PR applies, e.g. 2.14, 2.12--2.14, or all.
Frontend features
If you're submitting documentation for an OpenSearch Dashboards feature, add a video that shows how a user will interact with the UI step by step. A voiceover is optional.
