Trying to close the second oldest issue under openrndr:

I noticed orx-palette is currently JVM only (maybe because it loads jsons from disk) but it's not under the orx-jvm folder.
I made this orx multiplatform, because ColorBrewer2 is. Does this change cause any issues when packaging and sending to Maven?
