Added Bio information for MC member Stefan Reis, Stardards WG Co-chair Geerten Hengeveld, and Certification WG Co-Chair Ismael Kherroubi Garcia. Created new group/heading for MC alumni, and copied Karin Frank's information into this new section. Checked overall page for consistency, and corrected spacing issues.
