  1. Layout
  • Done, creation of different folder seperating walter_data from walter (package)
  1. Tests
  • 'Main_run_test' developed : running the WALTer with CARIBU, in the new layout. No results are tested here.
  • 'CARIBU_test' to develop, identify
  • 'lsystem_cut' to develop the id mapping problem after a modul cut
  1. Fix geometry
  • Remove dispensable cylinders (ie. nested sheath) to avoid the computation of potentials infinitesimal triangles
  • Branch Leaf shape taken from ADEL, which can allow truncature of leaves during the growth out of the sheath
  • Set a MVL (minimum visible length) parameter to avoid the computation of infinitesimal shapes (leading to infinitesimal triangles)
