@serkan-ozal is it ok if I fix the check-links here in the same PR? I think we can just get rid of that link that points to ./integration-tests/aws-sdk as this was deliberately removed as part of #717 |

Added nodejs instrumentation section to highlight possibility of selectively enabling/disabling instrumentation. Removed outdated info with regards to aws sdk instrumentation. Also included info on which of the instrumentations are supported, as well as which ones are enabled by default.
