…ams collections. Breaking change to IBinaryConvertible.cs as this no longer expects a ToByteArray method, which has been removed across the board. Instead, AsReadOnlySpan and AsReadOnlyMemory methods are declared.

Updated all projects to .NET 9.0 and C# 13. Whilst there are some breaking changes, this includes several code and performance improvements.
