First release (CLI tool)

This is the pre-release of the tool sperm-keypoint-detection for analysis of trapped sperm. The tool is currently CLI and will be upgraded to a GUI in future versions. The source is compiled using pyinstaller by generating a spec file and then building an executable from it.
