Some users have still got old versions of NppQrCode and Preview HTML installed, and the bug reports are landing in my lap when they crash.1 Time 🕐 to move them to the "blacklist"!
Note that Preview HTML 1.3.3.1 is included, despite being less than a year old, as it did not get a crucial patch in time for release. See that patch's commit notes for why N++ 8.3.3 is the last version that can safely load the old plugins.
