帮你们升级一下网站

更新了几乎全部的依赖库，将已被弃用的 vuex 替换为了新的 pinia，将 vue-i18n 升级至了最新的版本（其它未特别说明的依赖无更改仅版本升级）
弃用了原先的 ESLint 配置改为前端流行的 @antfu/eslint-config，并对所有源代码进行了 lint 格式化
添加了部分 scripts 运维命令

由于 Git 变动较大，暂未对 UI 和内容进行任何修改，打包测试正常无报错
