The cross-platform dotnet-transform-xdt project tool for .NET Core SDK 2.0 or later, transforms XML files at build or publish time using XDT (XML Document Transform) syntax.

Available on NuGet as Microsoft.DotNet.Xdt.Tools. To install from the command-line, run:
