Hi there,

I saw osmus/dogwood#8 and I think I've figured out how to resolve the issues you were experiencing with your GitHub Pages deployment action. These three changes allowed the workflow to complete successfully in my fork, see logs here.

- this workflow was being triggered when commits were
  pushed to the gh-pages branch, but should instead be
  triggered when commits are pushed to the main branch
  (or whichever branch is preferred as the default)
- the GitHub Action used by the upstream osmus/dogwood
  repository for deploying the site to GitHub Pages is
  stored in a repository owned by user JamesIves. this
  commit changes the Build and Deploy workflow to use
  that action
