Terraform templates for testing iac-scan api

This repo is created to test circleci workflows. Steps:

1. Integrating github with circleci.
2. Testing with default config.yaml.
3. Update config.yaml to add vulnerability scan and conditional statements.
4. Pass/Fail build depending on the scan results.
5. Twistcli updated with latest changes.
6. AWS Twistcli support added.
