Email to s.neteng.pro addresses is secured by Proton Mail’s built-in encryption. For full end-to-end protection, encrypt your message using our PGP key with your preferred email client or a GPG-compatible tool.

Note: Proton Mail is used for all addresses under the s.neteng.pro domain. Other addresses (e.g., support@neteng.pro) support OpenPGP encryption using their published keys, available at /pgp.

Please include:

• A clear and descriptive summary of the issue
• Steps to reproduce, if applicable
• Potential impact and any suggested fixes

We treat all security reports seriously and confidentially.

Versions earlier than 1.0.0 are out of scope for support unless a critical vulnerability affects downstream users.

We aim to respond to security disclosures within 5 business days. You'll receive:

1. An acknowledgment of your report
2. Ongoing updates as we investigate and fix the issue
3. Credit for the discovery (if desired)

Fixes will be released as soon as reasonably possible.
