Release Candidate 1 - Testing

This release of the neo4j-jdbc driver is meant to be used for testing with tools of all kinds.

Please help us test it widely and provide feedback in the issue tracker

The tools we set out to test were added as issues too.

Please use the binary jar linked here to do your testing we try to update it with the lastest builds that include fixes (jar updated on 07/1/2016).
