While some clients allow to disable the writing tool, it is still exposed via mcp server and vulnerable to malicious actors. Therefore, we introduce a new config called
read_onlyandNEO4J_READ_ONLYto be able disable the write tool.Also ran ruff format, so some additional formatter changes
