Bugfix for DTI protocols

Added:

  • Reslicing compatibility udpated for new MRTrix3 version
    where mrrelice has been changed to mrgrid.
    PyDesigner will work with either versions.

Changed:

  • Fixed a bad indent in tensor reordering function
    that produced an error in DTI protocols.
