Update readme.md for version 1.4

There is also the sentence "using the xs:any tag and specifying THEY tags must be from another namespace". The "they" sounds strange/wrong to me. Should it be "their" or "that"? Anyhow my english skills are not good enough in that case to decide... Maybe you can have a look.
