It was reviewed containterapp branch and we take some ideas from it:
1- It was deleted from app some Kubernetes related libraries related to App Insight
2- The pre-stamp bicep was deleted, and all included in the workload stamp. The readme instructions were updated.
And:
1- The .Net microservices app libraries were updated to the latest version
2- The biceps apis were updated
