Hello!
This PR updates all NuGet dependencies (except
System.IO.Hashing, which stays on version8.0.0to match the currently targetted .NET version by MOSA), and updates all tools except Limine (due to the BIOS deployment code having changed a lot since version 4.0, and for now it's not worth it to update this code).
