Current DNAnexus project uses AWS US region, and the plan is to migrate to AWS London region. Since the app is built based on AWS US region, the projectID, fileID and region code used in the app are not compatible with AWS London region. Therefore, all these need update before building the app for AWS London region.
Changes
• change the region to AWS London in dxapp.json
• change docker file ID to point to the London region 001 project and relevant fileID.
