Description

This PR introduces two minor but meaningful changes to the README.md:

  • Refactors markdown "Note" blocks to use the [!NOTE] syntax for improved consistency and visual formatting.
  • Adds the Wordle MCP server to the list of community-developed servers.

Server Details

Motivation and Context

  • The inclusion of the Wordle MCP project helps showcase community contributions and expands the list of example use cases for MCP servers.
  • The use of [!NOTE] syntax aligns with modern markdown formatting practices, improving clarity and reducing inconsistency across the documentation.

How Has This Been Tested?

MCP Server has been tested locally on Claude Desktop using both uvx and Docker container.

Switched from plain text NOTE formatting to GitHub-style markdown
callouts (`[!NOTE]`) to improve visual clarity and consistency in
rendered documentation.
