Getting Started

Behvioral Analysis

  • SCRIPT: ./scripts_notebooks/beh-wrangle-plot_sub01.ipynb
    • Load data, add column with label codes for hit/miss/false alarm/ corr rejection
    • Visualize count data for hit/miss/false alarm/ corr rejection
    • Visualize distribution of reaction times, log transform, visualize again
    • OUTPUT:
      • In-line plots from code
      • ./scripts_notebooks/derivatives/s01_signalDetectData.csv (tab-delimited data.frame)
      • ./scripts_notebooks/derivatives/allSubs_signalDetectData.csv (tab-delimited data.frame)
