In c10s, the main emacs package provided the pgtk binary. However, in F43+ that is provided by emacs-pgtk, and the main RPM is just a virtual package which pulls in the best subpackage based on the detected environment:

Also, do we really still need emacs-lucid in RHEL?

I'm no longer involved in any PO-related activities (nor am I a member of cs-plumbers).
