Emitting G Code

TODO:

• Every Path should be independent of the final G-Code emitted.
• Setting Z while emitting, "spiral emits", other emit oddities.
• Probably should say something about my thoughts on formalizing Posts.
• Currently emitting English only I think.
• Current start and stop blocks.
• Comment block and what's important.
• Baselines: table vs. top of material.
• A bit on machine config, tool config, how to access properly, how to add more and when you should.
