Motivation and Context

This PR updates the Process Framework with .NET Aspire demo.

Description

Updating this demo improves the way Semantic Kernel is instrumented with OTEL using the Aspire Service Default project. It also adds a custom http command on the Process Orchestrator resource to easily trigger the process from the .NET Aspire dashboard.

Lastly, I now leverage the AddKernel() method to inject the kernel into each agent service.
