This PR updates the GitHub Actions workflow and makes a small change to the README to re-enable Co-op Translator.

Purpose

  • Updates the secret key name from AZURE_SUBSCRIPTION_KEY to AZURE_AI_SERVICE_API_KEY in co-op-translator.yml
  • Applies a minor documentation change to ensure the file hash changes, which re-triggers translation
  • Aims to resolve a previous issue where the README translations were not generated due to a workflow key misconfiguration

Once merged, the Co-op Translator GitHub Action should trigger again and regenerate the translated files in all supported languages.
