• The Microsoft.Quantum.Research package has been split into several packages to help you take finer-grained dependencies on non-commercial code. The existing Microsoft.Quantum.Research package automatically includes each new package, so no change to your projects is required.
• New quantum signal processing functionality is now available through the Microsoft.Quantum.Research.Simulation package.
• Non-commercial samples can now be found at https://github.com/microsoft/Quantum-NC/tree/master/samples.
