This pull request updates the GitHub Actions workflow configuration to include a scheduled deployment. The most important change is the addition of a cron schedule to the
.github/workflows/deploy.ymlfile.Workflow configuration update:
.github/workflows/deploy.yml: Added ascheduletrigger to run the deployment workflow at 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM GMT daily.
