causes a crash when a Mockingboard IIc+ is enabled.

I have to say, I strongly dislike the MB4c & MB4c+ design because they literally prevent use of the RAM expansion while in use, and the whole point of ROM 4x and 5x is to make things better for using the RAM expansion, everything else is just a bonus. |

This fixes the crash when enabling a Mockingboard 4c+ in the monitor or in BASIC. Fixes issue #13.
