Looks great to me! Maybe should wait to until release goes out to merge to switch to github from travis?

This looks good to me, @DGaffney is this an OK time to switcher from Travis to Github?

Thats right. it is not necessary.
Description
This change is to migrate alegre tests from Travis to Github Actions.
