FF142 adds support for the stats
RTCIceCandidatePairStats.totalRoundTripTime,RTCIceCandidatePairStats.currentRoundTripTime,RTCIceCandidatePairStats.responsesReceivedin https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1371391This updates the subfeatures.
