App Settings and Vehicle Config now use consistent buttons

• App Settings and Vehicle Config are now consistent from an ui button standpoint
• Changed Vehicle Config pages to say "Foo Config" intead of "Foo Setup" which is the new naming scheme
• Remove PX4 camera component. This was pretty old school camera trigger stuff. For the few people who want to setup this kind of triggering they can do it from the parameter list
