QGC Video Sink plugin restructured towards modern GStreamer and much better handling of linking with gstreamer & dependencies. There's a couple of small things that need to be revisited & updated once we abandon Ubuntu 20, because that uses GStreamer 1.18 which does not support a couple of things that everything else does.
There's also a minor thing needed for ios init that I am unable to do or test at the moment.
Following this, GstVideoReceiver & the QML implementation need to be looked at next.
