docker-compose down -v
docker-compose up --build
Make sure PostgreSQL is running:
docker ps
If the database container isn’t running, restart it:
docker-compose up -d postgres
If you want a clean start, remove all containers and volumes:
docker-compose down -v
rm -rf pgdata
docker-compose up --build
