@kgodey I need to add screenshots later today, but I'd appreciate a review on the copy and how we're framing the files functionality. This pass I've gone with calling the feature "File columns" consistently in all the docs. |

@zackkrida I pushed a small change and added some comments. I didn't do a super thorough review (so as to not block release), just scanned for things that stood out to me.

This PR adds the release notes for 0.6.0. Additionally, it adds two new files:
Finally, it does a bit of restructuring in the sidebar to make a home for the "File column" feature document. It moves the page about Mathesar's metadata to be a section in the "Databases" page, and makes the section about Mathesar-specific functionality a "Features" section.
I'd like feedback on all of these changes, please!
