Issue/Motivation
As discussed with @hactar and @Archdoog, this is a bit of a burden for now while the project is young and unnecessarily holds up PRs. We can reintroduce one if people want after things are a bit more 1.0-ish. For now, we'll stick to GitHub release notes as those are perfectly sufficient.
