✅ Easier CV Access - CVs can now be downloaded as a PDF or docx file, for easier mobile access.

✅ UI Improvements - CVs can be opened in new tabs, some CVs were not aligned correctly, and it’s now clearer that uploaded CVs are visible to the community.
