embeds ASS subtitles and subset fonts into MKV files

subsets fonts in ASS subtitle files using AssFontSubset
- a custom fork is used for silent exits
embeds ASS subtitles and subset fonts into MKV using mkvmerge
generates binary patches with xdelta3 to allow easy restoration of the original file

useful for mobile video players that do not support external font files.
