Update android/build.gradle : use com.android.tools.build:gradle:4.1.0 dependencies { classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:4.1.0' ... }

Update android/app/build.gradle => set minSdkVersion to 19 defaultConfig { ... minSdkVersion 19 ... }
