Trivia
The idiom “为了这碟醋包了这顿饺子” literally means "made a whole bunch of jiǎozi just for [accompanying] the dish of vinegar", and is used to humorously refer to someone completing a large or complex task just for a smaller, secondary reward. In this case, the "jiǎozi" are the painstaking work of actually recreating the trixie archive, and the "vinegar" is the snazzy dashboard.
And if you're sufficiently into Chinese internet memes, “他真的我哭死” is also a sarcastic expression that already has lost much of its original intensity, due to semantic bleaching.
All in all the name is a play on the sister project 《咱龙了吗？》/AREWELOONGYET?, which in turn is a tribute to Mozilla's playful culture of making various "Are we *** yet" sites.
