refactor: update tutorial slugs

Summary

since we're changing the tutorials domain to https://tutorials.logto.io/, update the slugs accordingly to match the style.

• old: https://docs.logto.io/tutorial/how-to-build-apple-sign-in-with-android-and-logto
• new: https://tutorials.logto.io/how-to/build-apple-sign-in-with-android-and-logto

will set up redirects accordingly once it's merged
