I'm confused: This patch replaces ' with " which was probably failing some linting. But the errors from Test localgovdrupal/localgov_base drupal-theme / tests / ESLint javascript checks (3.x, ~10.0, 8.4) (pull_request)Failing after 32s are like |

I'm going to close this in favour of #725 which lints all the LocalGov Base JS files. |
