Based on current Mint-X, no data from Shatur95's commits where used. Removing old data.

Fixes incorrect colors on xfce4 window decoration.

Hi,
The theme Mint-X-Dark has not been updated for almost 10 years and its probably time to update.
It is based on the latest available release of Mint-X (and a un-merged pull request for Cinnamon 6.4, linuxmint/mint-themes#487)
I have not used any of the old data in the theme and this pull request is effectively replacing the entire theme, if that is not OK i can rename the theme of course.
