When loading https://raw.githubusercontent.com/cmsis-svd/cmsis-svd-data/refs/heads/main/data/Nordic/nrf52840.svd with SVD-Loader, some collisions happen on address
0x40000000. It seems that some nrf SVD files usesalternatePeripheralto define multiple times the same peripheral with multiple names.This patch addresses this issue with a quick fix, maybe there is a better way to handle
alternatePeripheraltags?
