What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR adds HTTP/3 support. Related issue: #4760.

HTTP/3 is disabled by default but can be enabled adding Helm Chart variables

controller:
  containerUdpPort:
    quic: 443
  extraArgs:
    enable-quic: "true"

If HTTPS and QUIC ports are equal then this problem may occur kubernetes/kubernetes#105610.

How Has This Been Tested?

  • helm unittest charts/ingress-nginx --file "tests/**/*_test.yaml"
  • make test
  • make lua-test
  • make kind-e2e-test
  • manual tests with simple manifests (1 Ingress with 2 hosts with trusted SSL certificate) on Kind cluster make dev-env
  • manual tests with real applications on Kubernetes cluster - ToDo

Hi @marcel2012. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.
